Note	Otis & brother, Thomas, emigrated on foot from Attleborough to Yates County, NY where they settled in Benton, arriving Sep 29, 1789. In 1792 Otis returned to Attleborough & brought back to Bnton his younger brother, James, followed by father, Thomas with all the youger children in 1793. Otis & Thomas worked at Dr. Caleb Benton's sawmill and purchased property from him. Eventually owned about 600 acres. Became overseer of the highway. Died age 62.

Otis & brother, Thomas, emigrated on foot from Attleborough to Yates County, NY
where they settled in Benton, arriving Sep 29, 1789. In 1792 Otis returned to
Attleborough & brought back to Bnton his younger brother, James, followed by
